Brotherly — A Relationship Management App

Brotherly is a thoughtfully designed relationship management application aimed at helping users maintain and strengthen their connections with loved ones, addressing the common challenge of losing touch due to busy lifestyles. The app provides a structured way to stay connected, offering personalised reminders, activity tracking, and meaningful interaction suggestions tailored to each relationship.

Key Features:

• Personalized Reminders: Never miss a birthday, anniversary, or important event with customizable notifications.
• Interaction Tracking: Log interactions and track communication frequency to ensure consistent connection.
• Relationship Insights: Get helpful prompts and suggestions for thoughtful gestures or conversation starters.
• Priority Management: Categorize relationships by closeness or priority to allocate attention accordingly.

My Role:

As a Full Stack Developer on the project, I was responsible for:

• Backend Development: Designed and implemented RESTful APIs for user authentication, relationship management, and data storage.
• Frontend Development: Created a responsive and user-friendly interface using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Database Management: Developed a secure SQL database schema to store user data and relationship information.
• Testing & Debugging: Conducted unit tests and resolved bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
